Bhavya Sahni
Mr. Bhavya Sahni, an emerging name in the Real Estate Industry in India, has been serving IThum World as CEO, spearheading the company’s success story. Having completed a Master’s (MSc) in International Marketing from Newcastle University, UK and graduated with B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Bradford, UK, he brings a broader and futuristic approach to real estate development considering global standards.
Further, he has also completed a session in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the London School of Economics. Extremely passionate about his work and commitments, he is shaping the future of our organization with his conceptual management skills.
In a short span of a few years, Mr. Bhavya has made a strong impression on employees and the real estate circle with his professional ethics, problem-solving ability and decision-making. As CEO, one of the highest-ranking positions in the company, he leads in Business Operations, Management, functions of Sales, Organization Structuring and Company policies at IThum World. His diverse experience in real estate expansion, business growth, and key tactical business interventions enables him to provide strategic solutions in challenging times.

Divyansh Sahni
Mr. Divyansh Sahni, a young and dynamic leader, has been a key member of the IThum World management team since 2020. He possesses a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School, UK, and an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University, USA. With this comprehensive and global educational background, he brings a strategic approach to commercial real estate development in India. As a Director, he holds a reputed position and presides over high-level meetings of the company, playing a crucial role in decision-making.
Extremely focused and passionate about his work, Mr. Divyansh has multi-domain expertise that includes Real Estate Financial Modelling & Analysis, Finance, Operations, Management, Marketing, Leasing, as well as Construction Budgeting & Scheduling.
His extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and constructive leadership approach fosters a positive work environment within the company. Mr. Divyansh strongly believes in the power of teamwork and leads by example through his punctuality and active participation in group discussions and team meetings.
