Mr. Ghanshyam Sharma is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He is associated with I-Thum World since the inception of the company as part of the Founding team. He has spearheaded various strategic initiatives leading to the growth and expansion till date. He has led the successful delivery of several projects from conceptualization till their execution stages seamlessly.
His extensive experience in liaison with the government agencies and corporate clients places him in an excellent leadership stead striving towards critical planning, steering company mergers and growth expansions. And lead processes pertaining to registrations, approvals, legal compliances and other financial decisions with various leading names in the corporate and government authorities.
Gautam Monga
Mr. Gautam Monga is associated with the I-Thum World as the Sr. V P – Marketing & Leasing. He possesses over 20 years of reputed experience in leading initiatives pertaining to corporate leasing, branding, media relations, legal compliances, strategic marketing, events planning & execution and end to end mall management. He is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University and possesses a specialization in Marketing.
His expertise lies in driving the overall operations and compliances of the company. He leads the marketing and business development vision of the company through strategic marketing initiatives, proactive sales plan and leasing closures. Mr. Gautam holds a position of repute in the industry through his deep-rooted connections and relations with various key stakeholders, corporate clientele, media agencies and channel partners across the nation.
Rajeev Chopra
Mr. Rajeev Chopra is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and Post Graduate in Construction Management from George Brown College, Toronto Canada. He carries with him over 33 years of rich experience in advanced construction technologies and managing Real Estate projects. Out of which around 25 years has been in India and over 8 years into international ventures. He is currently associated as CLO at I-Thum World.
He strategizes and heads all projects purchases, statutory compliances, government authorities’ permissions, and project handover maintenance on behalf of the Company.
Mohammad Asif
Mohammad Asif is a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in project execution, management, and strategic planning in the real estate sector. As Head – Projects at IThum World, he plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth through operational excellence, effective leadership, and result-oriented execution.
Known for his strong decision-making abilities and people-centric leadership style, he leads cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance. His expertise in project planning, process optimization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination has consistently ensured timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
With a solution-driven approach and commitment towards continuous improvement, Mohammad Asif has been instrumental in strengthening operational systems, enhancing productivity, and creating long-term value for the organization. Chhaya Sinha
Ms. Chhaya Sinha, is a graduate in Architecture from the MS University, Vadodra with over 20 years of widespread experience in the field of Architecture. She currently heads the Architecture department at I-Thum World and is one of the key members of the company.
Ms. Sinha specializes in strategizing our real estate projects right from the stage of conceptualization, detailing to coordination with consultants, project management consultants and the architecture design team for qualitative and efficient completion of the project.
She has a keen eye for details and possesses excellent project management skills, ranging from diverse scales of architectural and real estate typologies across the country, along with in-depth knowledge of building codes and compliance.
V. K Singh
Mr. V.K Singh is associated as the General Manager-Projects at the I-Thum World. He possesses a diversified expertise in the Real Estate sector for more than 25 years wherein he has headed projects’ execution impeccably. He is reputed with multiple integral stakeholders and functions in various companies.
Mr. Singh is an extremely respectable thought leader in his field of expertise and leads most strategic initiatives and critical assignments. He demonstrates a collaborative personality and excellent managerial skills, which steers the successful delivery of stimulating projects by leading as an example in company for the entire team.
